Anyone handling food must be supervised and instructed or trained in food hygiene to suit their work, so food safety and allergens come first.
Fire safety training is a legal duty
In England and Wales, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 says employers must give staff fire safety training when they start. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own fire safety laws with similar duties.

Every course is online and self-paced, with 12 months' access, a final assessment and a certificate in the person's name that anyone can check online. Certificates are issued in English.

Team membership gives every course to up to 10 staff for £199 a year, which costs less than 6 of these bundles.
Training helps your team do the job safely. It can't guarantee a food hygiene rating: only the council gives the rating.
