Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene Awareness (CPD)
12 months’ access · study on any device · no subscription
Enrolment opens September 2026
This course is with CPD for accreditation review. We are not taking enrolments until that is complete, so every certificate we issue carries the accreditation from day one.
You don’t have to be a chef to keep food safe, or to make someone ill. Clean hands, a wiped-down surface, a fridge kept cold: the small everyday things anyone can do are what stop food poisoning. This course teaches them from scratch, in plain English, for anyone new to working in or around food.
🕑 About 2 hours

How the course works
Six short lessons, each broken into bite-size topics and rounded off with a quick quiz: 10 questions picked at random from a larger set, so every go is a little different (80% to pass, three attempts each).
