Verify a certificate

Every Good Food Hygiene certificate carries a number and a QR code. Type the number in, or scan the code, to confirm the certificate is genuine and see what it was issued for.

The number is printed bottom-left on the certificate, next to the QR code. Dashes and spaces do not matter.
