How it works
- Type each dish on your menu and tap the allergens it contains.
- Choose the language, and a second language for your team or customers if you like.
- Download the chart and the counter sign as a PDF and print them.
- Save the chart to your free account, so when a recipe changes you edit one dish and download again.
The 14 allergens and the counter sign wording come from our free posters, checked against Food Standards Agency guidance. You must be able to tell customers which of the 14 allergens are in the food you serve. Food you pack on site before it is ordered (prepacked for direct sale) needs a full label with the ingredients; this chart doesn’t replace that.
