Good Food Hygiene (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online food hygiene and workplace safety training courses at goodfoodhygiene.co.uk. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts

You may register as an individual, taking training for yourself, or as a business/organisation, buying training seats for staff. Business account holders are responsible for the accuracy of information provided about their organisation and for managing the staff accounts they create.

3. Course access and certificates

Purchased courses grant access for the period stated on the course page. Certificates are issued on successful completion and record the name of the individual learner, not the purchasing business, in line with regulatory (EHO) requirements.

4. Payment and refunds

All prices are shown in GBP inclusive of any applicable VAT. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

Course content is for the registered learner’s personal use. Sharing login credentials, redistributing course materials, or attempting to circumvent quiz/assessment controls is not permitted.

6. Liability

Our courses are designed to support food hygiene and workplace safety awareness but do not replace a business’s own risk assessments or legal advice specific to its operations.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
