Each business gets its own address at training.goodfoodhygiene.co.uk, with your logo, your colours and your welcome message. Staff sign in, pick their language from fifteen, and see only the courses you've given them, with their certificates.

  • Your logo, colours and welcome line. If a colour pair is hard to read, staff see a readable one instead.
  • Sign in with a username, or scan a personal QR pass with the phone camera
  • Arabic and Urdu laid out right to left
  • Certificates always in English, so a UK inspector can read them

Questions about GFH Training.

Some of our staff have no email address. Can they still train?

Yes, with a membership. From the dashboard you make a username and password for them in seconds and print a login slip with a personal QR pass. They scan it and they are in. You can set a new password any time.

Do staff see each other's training?

No. Each person sees only their own courses and certificates. Only the owner sees the whole team.

What languages does it work in?

The courses, the dashboard and the staff training page are in 15 languages, and each person picks their own. Certificates are issued in English, because the person reading them is a UK inspector.

Is there an app for staff?

The GFH Training staff app is coming soon to Google Play. Until then, the training page works in the phone's browser.

We only need one or two courses. Do we need a membership?

No. Buy course places and use the free Team page in My Account to give them out and print certificates. The dashboard, branded page and no-email logins come with a membership.
