Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)

Almost nobody comes to work meaning to treat a colleague unfairly. And yet unfairness has a way of creeping in anyway: in who gets heard in the meeting, who is offered the interesting project, who is given the benefit of the doubt. This is a practical, down-to-earth grounding in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, built around the Equality Act 2010 and written for real teams rather than a tick-box exercise.

Equality, diversity and inclusion get talked about a great deal, and not always clearly. This course cuts through the noise. You’ll learn what the words actually mean, what the law actually asks of you, and the small everyday habits that make the biggest difference to how included people feel at work.

How it works

Six focused lessons, each split into short topics with a quick practice game to help the ideas stick. The lessons sit inside three modules, and each module closes with a 10-question assessment pulled at random from a larger bank, so no two attempts look the same (80% to pass, three goes at each). The course finishes with a final exam of 20 questions drawn from a pool of 40 across the whole syllabus. Pass, and your personalised CPD-standard certificate, complete with your name and a verifiable reference code, is issued on the spot and saved to My Account → Certificates.
