Description

Practical, life-saving first aid awareness for any UK workplace or for everyday life. Six lessons take you from the role and legal position of a first aider, through checking a scene for danger and running a primary survey (DRABC), to the recovery position, CPR and the safe use of an AED, and on to treating choking, severe bleeding, burns, clinical shock and fainting. Everything is built around current UK resuscitation guidance, with 999/112 and What3Words throughout. Module assessments are randomised, the final exam pulls 20 questions from a bank of 40, and a personalised CPD-standard certificate is issued the moment you pass. Note: this awareness course builds knowledge and confidence but does not replace a practical, accredited First Aid at Work qualification where one is legally required.

How long does the course take?

Around 1 to 2 hours. It is self-paced across three short modules, so you can start, stop and pick up where you left off on any device.
