How does buying training for my team work?
Choose a course and how many staff need it, then check out once — by card or invoice. That gives you a pool of seats. In your Team dashboard you add your staff and hand each person a seat; they get their own login to complete the course.
Do my staff each get their own certificate?
Yes. Every member of staff completes the course under their own login and earns a personalised, verifiable certificate in their own name — which is exactly what an Environmental Health Officer expects to see. You can view and download them all from your dashboard.
Can I train staff who don’t speak English as a first language?
Yes — our courses are available in multiple languages, so you can train a mixed team in the language each person is most comfortable with. It is one of the biggest advantages we offer over the usual English-only providers.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?

How do I see who has completed their training?

Is there a minimum number of seats, and do you offer volume pricing?
There’s no large minimum — buy a single seat or five hundred. Volume pricing is automatic at checkout: 10% off from 10 seats, 20% from 50, 30% from 100 and 40% from 500. Need something bespoke for a very large team? Just ask.
