Food hygiene training in German for your kitchen staff
Yes. All 11 of our courses, a free practice course for each, and 40 free kitchen posters are available in German. Staff learn and sit the test in German; the certificate is issued in English so an inspector can read it.

When English isn’t the language someone reads best, food safety training in English can end up being passed rather than understood. With Good Food Hygiene, members of your team who read German best can take every lesson and test in German.
