Food hygiene training in Chinese for your kitchen staff
Yes. All 11 of our courses, a free practice course for each, and 40 free kitchen posters are available in Chinese. Staff learn and sit the test in Chinese; the certificate is issued in English so an inspector can read it.

When English isn’t the language someone reads best, food safety training in English can end up being passed rather than understood. With Good Food Hygiene, members of your team who read Chinese best can take every lesson and test in Chinese.
The Chinese courses use simplified Chinese characters, across the lessons, practice games, tests and the free posters.
